Kathryn is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation, psychotherapist, clinical educator, and founder of Trailhead Therapy.
Her work is grounded in attachment, trauma, and interpersonal neurobiology, with specialized training in EMDR and extensive experience working with addiction, co-occurring mental health concerns, and complex trauma.
Whether working with clients, teaching clinicians, or providing supervision, Kathryn focuses on helping people understand the why behind behavior and translate that understanding into meaningful clinical practice.
