Hi, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Kathryn Dann, LISW, a Licensed Independent Social Worker specializing in trauma, attachment, and integrative behavioral health with a background in trauma, attachment, and dual diagnosis.

I believe many of the struggles people experience are not signs of weakness or failure, but adaptive responses to overwhelming experiences, chronic stress, unmet needs, or relational pain. Therapy can be a space to understand those patterns with greater compassion, clarity, and intention.

My approach is warm, relational, and grounded, while also helping clients make sense of their experiences through a neurobiological and attachment-based lens. I integrate insight, nervous system regulation, and trauma-informed care to support meaningful and lasting change creating a path toward healing that feels more connected, sustainable, and aligned with who you’re becoming.

If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to connect.
